Water games and a photo pose in the strong flow of the Hérault river!

The special thing about this canyoning trip in the canyon du Diable is that it’s wide, with a constant volume of water, because we’re in a river! In fact, the river is always flowing, even during summer droughts. Geology: 147.6 km long, the Hérault rises at Mont Aigoual and flows into the Mediterranean Sea at the Grau d’Agde. Cutting through the Causse de la Selle, it forms the gorges de l’Hérault, our playground. Practical information on the Devil’s Canyon by clicking here!
